CCR / CCR Application

Certificate in College and Career Readiness

Program Application

Interested applicants need to complete the following form to apply for the program and receive the credits, certificate, and transcript from the University of Taxila. 

Please read the following instructions carefully.

  1. Please apply by 11:59 PM on December 13th (Wednesday), 2023. Late applications will not be accepted.

  2. If you want to be considered for partial scholarships, please apply as early as possible. Admission to the CCR program will be made on a rolling basis. The earlier you apply, the higher your chance for a full scholarship. 

  3. If you have questions during your application process, please contact our student affairs officer at 09 954 230 468 and 09 954 230 469 from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

Write a scholarship essay on the following topic either in the English or Myanmar language.

  • Page limit: minimum 1 A-4 page, maximum 2 A-4 pages

  • Format: Computer Typed (no handwritten essay will be read and considered for the scholarship)

  • Margin: 1-inch margin

  • Line spacing: Single line spacing

  • Font size: 12 points Times New Roman or 11 points Myanmar Font

  • Document format: PDF

How do you dream of your future? What are the challenges you would encounter in achieving your dream, and how do you plan to overcome these?
